As a company, Chicago Power Washing is so much more than you can imagine. This is how we feed our families. Put clothes on the backs of our children and loved ones. This is high stakes for us. In fact, we do want to get this right for you. Just like anyone, we are too busy to be making stupid mistakes.
Honestly, I can remember the summer of 1988. June 6th to be precise. This was the year I had decided to start pressure washing for a living. I was already familiar with the power washing devices. As I love anything with a machine on it. As a matter of fact, the first time I saw a power washer I knew that this would be a long-term love affair.
Back to the story, I had started cleaning cars and trucks mostly for car dealers. I would spray the cars with high-pressure water in order to loosen the dirt from them. Then we would 1 towel 2 towel them dry. This lasted a year or so until I started with awnings and canopies. You should have seen it. When I would go down the street cleaning awnings and canopies. It was like no-one had ever cleaned them before, ever. People would be coming out of their store to see the difference I was doing on the Woolworth awning, stop me and say. Please do mine, please do mine.
I do not exactly remember how I came up with the process, it may have just been trial and error. All I do remember is that I could clean awnings, and people loved the job I did.
